WHO CREATED PHYSICOLE FITNESS?

PHYSICOLE FITNESS was created by David Cole in 2010.
10 years so far as a personal trainer. A former Highjumper who competed for England many moons ago

WHY WAS PHYSICOLE FITNESS CREATED?

It was created to firstly help people get fit as David was tired of not being able to do enough working in a pharmacy. The company thinking too much about profits and not about the customer. Too many times not being able to help customers enough. Having the time to focus on people and helping them to reach their goals is awesome. There is more to health and fitness than just exercise.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINER IS DAVID?

David is not your typical in your face, show off personal trainer that society is making trainers out to be. Society/social media paints trainers as perfect robots who have no life and food is boring.

At times when it is needed he will make sure you do what you need to do. He wants to empower his clients to be able to do what needs to be done. He will support you throughout your journey.

DID HE ALWAYS WANT TO BE A PERSONAL TRAINER?

Nope, at first he wanted to be an Olympian competing in the High Jump. Unfortunately he got Glandular Fever which lasted 2 years and really impacted his high jump career. Due to the glandular fever his anxiety went through the roof and years ago he was diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder. He always wants to be the best in everything he does. It has taken many years to gain all the weight and strength he lost.

WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC DOES DAVID LISTEN TO FOR WORKING OUT?

When working out David likes to listen to soft metal music. Not the really heavy screaming songs but songs with a tough beat that gets you going. Music is very powerful in what we do and how we feel in moments. Trying watching JAWS without the music and it wont be scary. So when he is working out he wants songs that really getting him pumped up to push through the burn.

When your working out and going to pick some music get some that really gets you going.
