There are a lot of different apps out there and I have looked at many - they are not easy to use and my clients feedback is that this is easy.

Those with not so great technology skills can use this app.

EASILY TRACK CALORIES AND MACROS - LINKS WITH FITBIT AND MY FITNESSPAL

Keeping things in one place can be tricky but with the training app we can keep your nutrition together. Input your food and water intake in Myfitnesspal and see it come up nicely with your training plan.  

BESPOKE WORKOUT PROGRAMMES

Everyone one of us is different - I have seen lots of different clients over the years. There will be a standard template for the majority of workouts depending on goals yet the template will be adjusted to fit your needs. You could have a weak knee which therefore exercises will be changed to help that knee.

LOG AND TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS IN YOUR PLAN

Easily log and track your workouts in your plan. This fantastic so you can see 3 months ago what you use to lift when you come back to the exercise. Better yet if you want to go freestyle you can log this in as well. Log your photos and measurements easily.

HOW TO DO VIDEOS

Do not know what what a kettlebell squat or single arm dumbbell row is or how to do it? It is ok, there are videos showing how to do these. Play and replay the video as much as you need before, during and after the workout to get more familiar. It takes time to learn good form.

GOAL SETTING

To train without a goal is to go for a walk naked. You just would not do it. We all have goals in life - may it be personal, work or fitness etc. Its good to keep track of them and with this app - it makes it easy.

TIMED WORKOUTS

My favourite part of the app - these timed circuits are made by myself and all you have to do is follow them. A great feature of the app you just have follow the programme - pause at any time to review the videos and carry on.

ACCESS TO RECIPES

Access to a selection of recipes for you to choose from to help support you within your journey. Recipes are added regularly. There is something for the majority of people. Food does not need to be fancy to be nutritious.

Here you can book in for Virtual Classes, access the blogs, recipes, help and additional advice.
Fancy booking in for a personal training session in person or virtually then this is the place to do it.
