WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Step 1: Email me to book on.
Step 2: Send in the 1st set of pictures of yourself - front, side and back! Again no POSING - get someone to take your pictures for you. Between 26th March - 1st April.
Step 3: I will send you a 12 week workout and calories based over 12 weeks. Its your choice to follow this or do your own. I do recommend you do more than this - go outside go for runs, sprints, swims, cycling, get out and keep active.
Step 4: At the end of each month send in your pictures (SAME POSITION AS the first every time). For those who are local we will remeasure you and take your weight.
Step 5: Work your ass off !
At the end of the challenge the winners will be selected.
